We know how devastating POP can be...

And we know how manageable POP can be.

POP UP: An Uplifting Guide is the most comprehensive resource for people managing pelvic organ prolapse. Created by a pelvic floor physical therapist, and a perinatal exercise specialist and mom with POP, POP UP includes 12 hours of relatable and engaging video content that takes you through everything you need to know about managing your POP.

POP UP(LIFT): 12 Weeks of Foundational Strength, our supplemental exercise program, helps you build a solid foundation of strength, mobility, function, and confidence.

Haley & Annemarie discuss symptoms, exercise, daily movement habits, evidence-based treatments, surgery, body image, lifestyle considerations, sex, and so much more! POP UP is a modern, evidence-guided approach to better understanding your body, your POP, and learning to regain trust and confidence again.

More than a course, POP UP is a community. POP UP members have access to a private Facebook group for continued guidance and support. We believe that managing POP is so much better with friends!

How Can POP UP Help Me?

?

POP UP provides actionable steps that you can take to better manage your POP, delivered with empathy and support. You'll learn about your anatomy, how to navigate all types of exercise (yes! Running, lifting, HIIT, yoga, etc!), get the answers to questions about sex that you might be too nervous to ask your provider, you'll hear from real women who are thriving with POP, and so much more.

POP UP strives to answer questions that you might have previously spent hours looking up on the internet, only to find erroneous and outdated information.

POP UP seeks to dismantle the stigma associated with POP, empowering people to live confidently, and free of shame.
